3-cheese chicken and cauliflower lasagne

- 1 large head of broccoli, cut into florets
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes (as per taste)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Place the broccoli florets in a large bowl.

Drizzle olive oil over broccoli. Add lemon zest, lemon juice, red pepper flakes, minced garlic, salt and pepper. Toss well to make sure the broccoli is evenly coated with the spices.

Spread the cooked broccoli in a single layer on the baking sheet.
